| Responsibilities : |
| | • Responsible for overall control on cost and revenue
• Review and report on the cost and effectiveness of operation controls
• Conduct and analyse physical inventory
• Prepare costing reports

| Requirements : |
| | • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
• Min 3-4 years experience in the hospitality industry preferably in F & B
• Capable of working independently
• Good analytical and report writing skills
• Knowledge of ACCPAC will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
