| | | | Responsibilities : | | | • Communicate effectively with airlines, overseas tour operators and incentive groups
• Plan and develop packages
• Provide efficient customer service and lead tours
• Assist in the credit control function

| | | | Requirements : | | | • Min SPM
• Min 2 years work experience in tours and customer service
• Able to work independently, resourceful with an outgoing personality, willing to travel
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in handling Abacus will be an advantage
