Role : |
As
part of an entrepreneurial and
flat-level organization, the
right candidate will have the
opportunity to work on the full
spectrum of private equity transactions.
Working alongside professionals,
the successful candidate will
find him/herself engaged in
the screening and evaluation
of investment opportunities,
conducting commercial and financial
analysis of potential acquisitions,
perform due diligence on approved
transactions, coordinate and
manage third party advisors
and actively assist with deal
execution. |

The
successful candidate will be
a bright individual with strong
commercial judgment, independent
minded common sense and proven
drive to contribute and achieve
in a team oriented environment.
The candidate should posses
a strong academic background
from a recognized institution
with at least two years experience
with a Big 4 or a leading investment
bank. |

| Responsibilities

Evaluation of business
plans
• Financial and strategic
industry analysis
• Assess market/company
attractiveness and identify
compelling businesses
• Conduct extensive due
diligence, including business
and industry analysis,
business valuation, financial
modeling and deal structuring
• Negotiation and structuring
of company acquisitions
• Monitoring and support
of portfolio investments
• Implementation and execution
of exit strategies
• Management of client
relationships
• Interaction with investors,
acquisition targets, and
senior management
• Candidates may be required
to work in a strategic
capacity with the firm's
portfolio companies |

Requirements : |
| |
•
Graduates with financial
and accounting knowledge
and 1-2 years experience
with a leading investment/merchant
bank, accounting firm
and/or venture capital
firm
• Strong quantitative,
analytical and communication
skills
• A demonstrated ability
to evolve as part of an
entrepreneurial investment
team and adapt to varying
business environments
• A genuine interest in
building a career in the
venture capital/private
equity industry
• A graduate degree with
an excellent academic
record
• Preferred candidates
is required to be fluent
in verbal and written
communication skills in
English and preferably
with a second language
• Flexible and willing
to learn new things |
